The Brickyard also operates a steak and sausage concession stand at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds called “The Brickyard Grill @ The Fair”. We enjoy great seasons at the Fair and open for other events at the Fairgrounds. We are known for "THE BEST STEAK & SAUSAGE ON THE GROUNDS” We look forward to many more years ‘up on the hill.’
